Other Studio Spaces

We offer a variety of studio spaces around the Mount Sequoyah Campus, these range from 150sq ft to 600 sq ft. Most of these spaces include a private entrance and private restroom. The cost of these spaces ranges from $200 per month to $600 per month. Although these are all currently filled, we accept applications at all times to be considered by our arts committee. Sequoyah Hall STudios

 Amongst Mount Sequoyah’s buildings, the largest is Sequoyah Hall, a beautiful four story structure built in the 20’s with all of its original heart pine woodwork in its original condition.  This building has been dedicated as studio space for local artists, with each of its dormitory style rooms providing unique space for artists, writers, musicians, and performers to create and share. Each is approximately 120 sq ft with its own sink, private bath, or shared. With large windows and high ceilings, these light filled rooms are inspiring spaces to create. All bills and wifi are included in the low partially subsidized rate of $210 per month. A scholarship rate is also available.
