Accommodations:
Artists are housed in small studios that typically range between 110-170 square feet. Studio space is typically paired with living accommodations. Our campus provides a cozy, affordable spot on the mountain where artists can remain surrounded by nature, city convivence, and inspiration at all times!

residencies
Our goal is to create an environment where artists in all genres are able to let go of their regular time obligations and focus exclusively on their work. Rolling residencies are available throughout the year for those professionals who cannot get away for more time. Applications are rolling based on availability.
A small studio will be provided. With this focused time, we hope that our residents will be find the deeper inner space necessary to find a fulfilling kind of productivity. With a thriving artist community in studios around campus, anyone coming here will have the opportunity to communicate and share ideas if desired.
Subsidized Residency costs
We can offer low subsidized rates for our residencies.
The cost for housing in one of our studios is subsidized and affordable, as little as $600 a month. This includes all utilities.
Access to the pool, tennis, courts, and recreational areas is included the cost of each resident’s stay.
